Payment Terms

Please review our payment terms as of 06-18-2026.

1. All payments must be made by Card, Apple Pay, or Bank Pay through "Zoho Billing" Processing. We understand that alternative payment methods may be necessary at times, and we will accommodate check payments when required.

2. Invoice Payment Terms: Subscription services come with a NET 7 payment window. Service, Consulting and Project management work invoices are due on recipe.

3. Yearly / Monthly Subscription Services: Are not eligible for a refund and are considered final sale. Customer must make TotalScope Technologies aware of their decision to terminate services 30 days prior to the renewal date. If the customer wishes to terminate Yearly services any remaining yearly subscription balance would become due immediately. Monthly services may be terminated at any time, however, services for the current month are non-refundable.

4. Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount.

• All Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are securely processed through "ZoHo Billing". Your data remains confidential with "ZoHo Billing" as the processor. TotalScope Technologies will never send you elsewhere to pay nor have access to your full payment details at any time.

• We use industry-standard encryption, such as SSL/TLS, to protect your payment information.
