This Cookie Policy explains how totalscopetechnologies.com (the "Site"), run by TotalScope Technologies, LLC ("TotalScope Technologies," "we," or "us"), uses cookies and similar browser storage. It is part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Effective date: October 9, 2026.
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar space in your browser where a site can keep a small piece of information. Both let a site remember things between visits.
2. What the Site Stores in Your Browser
The Site stores one item that is strictly necessary and uses Umami for analytics and session recording.

Umami is open-source software that we host ourselves on our own server, so analytics data and recordings stay with us. We do not sell recordings or share them with anyone else. The Site has no forms or fields where you can type, so recordings do not capture anything you enter.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use the Site to track you across other websites.
3. Your Choices
Our cookie banner tells you about these tools and saves your choice in your browser. Analytics and session recording run whether you accept or dismiss the banner, so the banner does not turn them off.
You can limit or stop them in other ways:
- Block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Parts of the Site may not work as expected if you do.
- Use a browser or extension that blocks trackers or scripts, which stops analytics and session recording.
- Contact us at [email protected] with any questions about recordings.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
4. Links, QR Codes, Changes, and Contact
Links to other sites. The Site links to outside services, including Calendly (booking), Zoho (remote support), Microsoft Outlook (email login), our ticket system at tick-it.cloudsecure22.com, and social and review sites such as LinkedIn, Yelp, and Nextdoor. These sites set their own cookies after you click through, under their own policies. The Site itself loads no scripts, fonts, or embeds from them.
QR codes. Some printed materials use QR codes made with Hovercode that open our website. Scanning one may record that a scan happened, along with general details such as the approximate time, device type, and location.
Changes. We may update this Policy by posting a new version on the Site with a new effective date.
